ADi Sign Reseller Agreement

Partners with ADI to Deliver Bill of Lading Solutions for QuickBooks Users
SOMERSET, NJ – November 21, 2005 – Adi Data International Inc. (“ADI”)
announced today that it has signed a reseller agreement with Solutions for
Office Software (“SOS”), under which SOS became a reseller of ADI’s SmartBOL™
software suite.
Under the new reseller agreement, SOS will work with ADI to market, sell and support
ADI’s SmartBOL products. “The QuickBooks and SmartBOL integration presents a
real boost in productivity. By providing a means for a single point of data
