How does it work:

• User enters one or more QuickBooks Invoice#, Sales Order#, PO# or Estimate# in SmartBOL

• SmartBOL connects to QuickBooks, copies Invoice / Sales Order / PO / Estimate record into a draft bill of lading

• User enters any additional information such as weight and / or special instructions and, optionally, gets freight rates for this shipment using built-in freight quote feature. 

• User prints the bill of lading/s on a printer. Bill of lading/s are automatically saved into the SmartBOL database and it can be printed or edited later.
