To use the same logo for
all shippers, go to Settings --> Admin area. To set
logo by shipper, go to Settings --> Admin Area and
select checkbox. Setup shipper logos on shipper
screens (Menu --> Masters --> Shipper)

How do I
send BOL, manifest or other documents as an email
attachment?
Setup email server
properties (Settings --> Email Settings). Enter your
mail (SMTP) server, select type of encryption type -
None, SSL or TLS, type your name & email (email
receiver will see this name and email id as from
name & email). Please ask your network administrator
or ISP provider about the SMTP server name/IP and
encryption type.

SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Encryption: SSL or TLS
From Name & Email: Your name and
gmail email id with @gmail.com
Email User & Password: your

How do I backup my data files?
Data files are dbd2.mdb,
dbm2.mdb, dbuser2.mdb and, if present, dbexport.mdb.
Do not backup any other files in the data folder. Do
not store any other files in data folder.
Classic version 6.1 and later - stop
SmartBOL if running on any machine. Backup data files from Data
Folder (Start --> All Programs --> ADi SmartBOL -->
Data Folder) typically C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data\ADi SmartBOL\SmartBOL\Data.
Classic version 6.0 or
earlier - stop SmartBOL if running. Backup
data files from Data Folder (Start --> All Programs
--> ADi SmartBOL --> Data Folder) typically
C:\Program Files\ADi SmartBOL\SmartBOL\Data.
Networked Installation:
Close ALL SmartBOL network clients and copy data
files from the shared network folder.
Enterprise Version:
Backup SQL Server databases using SQL Server
Enterprise Manager.
