Name and Address*: Name and Address of the addressee
UCC/EAN: UCC Code is used to generate 17 digit bol number. You may apply for one from Uniform Code Council, Inc.
Contact Details of the Shipper
Company Information and Logo: Enter Company Name and three lines of Information such as Address, URL or Tagline. This is printed on left top corner of every Bill of Lading, Manifest and Pallet Label.
