Bill of Lading List Screen:

Search Options:

• BOL Status: Select bill of lading status to select bill of lading records displayed in the list

        All: Displays all BOLs
        Draft: Displays only BOLs that were saved as draft
        Complete: Displays saved BOLs
        Shipped: Displays only BOLs marked shipped
        Imported records only: Displays imported records only ( CSV import, ODBC import, QB import or Peachtree import)

• Search Criteria: Select or enter search parameters.

BOL Export:

Select one or more BOLs from the list, export format and click Save to save BOLs to a file in selected format.

Menu Items:

Edit:  Opens selected bill of lading in edit mode in same format it was saved as. See Edit Bill Of Lading
 
Copy:  Copies selected bill of lading. See Copy Bill of Lading
 
Del:   Deletes selected bill of lading. See Delete Bill of Lading
 
Print:  Prints BOL
 
Labels:  Prints Shipping Labels see Print Shipping Labels
 
Ret Lbls:  Prints Retailer Labels see Print Shipping Labels
 
Email:   Sends BOL as Email with PDF or SBL attachment. see Email BOL
 
Export Grid: Saves bill of lading records in CSV format
 
POD:  Creates a POD for the selected Bill
 
Pick List: Creates a Pick List  for the selected Bill
