BOL Print Preview : Go to Quick Menu , click Settings. Verify that the Preview before printing check box under Printing Options is checked

To Print BOL: 

a. Go to Quick Menu > Settings, set the Default Printing Locations

b. On Quick Menu > List > Select a BOL and click Print button

c. On Quick Menu > Create > Print
