How to get to Label selection?

A. Main Menu | Labels | List Labels(Select a Record) | Print Label

B. Quick Menu | List(Select a Record) | Labels or Ret Labels (Retailer labels)

C. Create Bill of Lading screen | Labels or Ret Labels 

When you select this option, Select Label Type will be shown. 

Labels

Select one of the following and click Print:

• 6 Labels (3.33 x 4) (e.g. Avery 5164)
• 4 Labels (5 x 3.5) (Avery 5168) 
• 30 Labels (1 x 2.6)
• Pallet Label
• Long label (e.g. Zebra) Label Printer labels
• Short Label Label Printer labels

 

Label Options

 

• Number of labels to print (Max 500)
• Skip labels before printing
• Start Label Count At:
• Last Label Number:
• Check to Print Label Numbers with tag for example: Box 1 of 2 and so on 
• Label Size: Set labels size e.g. 6 x 4
• Product: Product select appears on the label
• PO: PO Selected entered appears on the Label
• Description:  Additional description entered here appears on the label

Click Print to see the Preview Screen. All Labels can be emailed from the Preview Screen

 

Retailer Labels

( for VICS/Wal-Mart1/Wal-mart2 BOL only)

• Walmart Full Label  
• Walmart Short Label
• Academy U128 Label
• ToysRUs U128 Label

 

Label Options

Click Print to see the Preview Screen. All Labels can be emailed from the Preview Screen
