be populated automatically.

State the full shipper name, address (including country).

 

Carrier Name:

 

i. Click on down arrow to show Addresses records from Master Tables. Select a record from drop down. 

 

ii. Or enter information

 

State the full carrier name.

 

Shipment Date:  Select or Enter the date of shipment

 

Consignee and Consignee Address:

 

i. Click on down arrow to show Addresses records from Master Tables. Select a record from drop down. Address fields will 

be populated automatically.

 

ii. Or enter information

 

State the full legal name, address (including country) of the consignee. 

 

 

Chamber of Commerce: Enter the full name of the chamber of commerce.

 

State: Enter the name of the state.

 

Order Information:

Item: Click on the down arrow to show the records from the Master Table.

Select a record and it will populate the Item and the Description of Packages and Goods field.

Marks & Nos: Enter Marks and Nos

Packages: Enter Number of Packages

Weight Gross: Enter gross weight

Weight Net: Enter Net Weight

Description Of Packages and Goods: Provide a full description of each good.
